Located in a charming wooden historic building, the Heritage Information Center, known as Heuanchan, this museum offers visitors the chance to learn about Lao culture.
What is a baci ceremony? What is the significance of alms giving? How to Lao women carry their babies on their back while they work? These are some of the questions answered at Heritage House. Here you will be able to see samples of Lao textiles, learn about the country’s rich ethnic diversity, read information about Buddhism and family life - as well as view an informative documentary about the customs and culture of Laos.
